If you give yourself a treat after your workout, like a smoothie or an episode of your favorite show or the likes, you make your body/mind associate that routine with the treat. This creates this “habit loop” that your brain will latch on to and make you think that the behavior is worthwhile. You can also get in it with a friend, working out together and holding each other to it or even signing a contract to pay a friend xx amount of money if you skip a class or miss a run.

I always recommend running/workout buddies they are the best! Also apps that keep you motivated by tracking workouts and/or food works for me :)

Remember that no matter how much you workout, your diet has a way bigger impact! Double check what you’re eating and get into the habit of reading food labels. It definitely seems you’re active, so make sure to stay motivated and keep pushing yourself and results will come :)

I have this problem quite often. You’ve set a goal for yourself which can really help. My suggestions are switching up your workout regularly, try going to a new workout class or switching up the regular workouts you do. You can also try using a different music playlist, or start working out with a friend and helping each other stick to your joint plan. Good luck!

Whoa nice job! It definitely gets harder to lose weight the less body fat you have, so that may be a problem. I would say definitely try switching up your workout, maybe try long distance or HIIT or something you haven’t before. Good luck!

Hi Glen!
Weight train first, then do cardio because you need all your energy for proper weight training and weight training will help burn off glycogen so that when you do cardio your body will burn off fat.
